“This was our first time working with Able Air Conditioning & Heating, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Jacob came out initially for a pre-winter maintenance check to ensure everything was in good shape before the cold set in. He was friendly, approachable, and explained things clearly. He let us know that our dehumidifier filter needed replacing and, while he didn’t have the filter on hand, he offered to return to install it. I mentioned that my husband could handle it, and Jacob kindly walked me through the process, even advising on the right filter. To top it off, he brought in my recycling bins from the driveway. It was a very thoughtful gesture

A week later, we noticed water pooling near our furnace, so we called them back. This time, Robert came out and was very pleasant and helpful. Initially, I assumed it was an issue with our pump, but Robert quickly identified the problem as a clogged humidifier tub. He thoroughly cleaned it, ran several tests to ensure there were no leaks, and then surprised me by saying there was no charge for this follow-up visit. He mentioned it should have been caught during the initial check and didn’t want to bill us for something that might have been missed.

It’s rare these days to find this level of exceptional service. Jacob and Robert took the time to educate me on maintaining our furnace, which I really appreciated. “Called Steadfast after 5 other gas companies didn't even return my call (?!). We just wanted to have a gas line run for our BBQ at our new home. We were on a tight timeline because our basement was in the process of being finished and the ceiling was going up in a few days (making the gas work more complicated if not done first). They sent out a technician the same day to quote. The earliest appointment for installation was the following week which would have impacted our drywalling timelines. When I mentioned this, the technician was able to move appointments around to fit me in for installation the next day. Happiest customers!“

“This hidden gem is a path to the big show (nhl). The atmosphere is that you would find in hockey movie. There are pictures of all the players that have attended sessions and their memories are continually there. It's such a positive atmosphere in what can often be deemed a negative one. I have brought my son here for the past 4 years and will continue to do so for as long as I can. I believe he will one day work there and help grow the sport for our future superstars.“
