These guys are awesome! I had an issue with the combo Bluetooth / Wifi chip in my MSI Modern 14 that I bought from them (first issue with this awesome 4 year old laptop). Turned out to be a defective chip. They were unable to access the part but Mike, the technician, looked up and wrote down the part to order from Amazon, replaced the chip with an inferior but working one that he happened to have in the back and said he'd pop the new one in once I receive it. He actually left it in my laptop so I still had a functional one while I waited the couple days for it to arrive. He and the store manager, Chris went way, way beyond great customer service. Can't recommend Canada Computers in St. Catharines enough for getting your computer fixed. I brought mine in yesterday after my D drive suddenly disappeared on my computer. The tech named Mike took care of it no problem and was able to recover all of my working files for my business that were on that drive. Not only that, but Mike was very friendly and helpful and he made the whole experience a breeze. Thanks Mike! You rule.
The guys here are super nice and helpful. I had bought some parts to upgrade my old computer and had a ton of help choosing the best options for the right prices. Mike, the technician who reinstalled in all the new parts, cleaned up the insides, and did the awesome cable management, was probably the best help I could’ve asked for. Really glad I had such awesome people for this!!!
