The staff are amazing. Mostly Tanya and the service she offers for nail trims. No matter the breed or type of animal she's extremely good, quick and sensitive to the animals (and furparents') needs.

When we went in today to get dog food they didn’t have any in stockSo the manager ( I presume) had it delivered from Carleton Place, then she delivered it right to our homeThat’s what I call Customer service at its finestWe won’t shop any place other than Smith’s Falls PetvaluHighly recommend them

Great staff always friendly and helpful. If they don't have the products you want for your pet the can order it in. Great place to go get your dog groomed or to give your dog a nice bath yourself. Great store to visit.
