On Saturday February 10, 2024, I called the 910 Sheppard Ave West location and learned that I could get my battery changed at that location. I went there, waited in line for a short time and efficiently had my battery changed out for a new one. Then my car (an older car) wouldn't start. It appeared that their was trouble with the ignition. The Asst Mgr Rovin Mohabir came to my aid and suggested I take a seat in the waiting room as he had to finish with another customer's headlight and then he would look at my ignition. A several minutes and much to my delight, Rovin got the key to work in the ignition, starting the car ! I left a very satisfied customer. Thanks... read full review

The staff were friendly and fast. They check your tire pressure, and fluid levels. They do a check on your battery, and they check your air filter for the engine, and if you let them they will check you cabin filter too. They have replacement windshield wiper blades as well. They will wash your windshield to send you on your way with a clean windshield. This is a pretty fast service in comparison to other oil change companies. The shop was clean and presentable, and so were the employees. This is a warranty authorized oil change place, for those with a vehicle still under warranty. I will be coming back again.

They're quick and efficient. Service is fast and friendly which is the whole appeal of these kinds of businesses. I don't like the pressure of upselling though. I don't want to be bothered for new wipers and new air filters every time I get an oil change.
