I walked in to the Otto’s BMW dealership about a month ago as my siblings and I intended to surprise our mom with a car. Fortunately, I came across Mey, the best salesperson ever. She took all the time to show me around, answer my questions, offer the best deal, and support along the process. Before the purchase, she sat me inside the car and explained everything in detail. She even made sure all was ready for the delivery of the surprise. After the purchase, Mey regularly checks in to make sure all is going well and sends explanatory videos to address my questions. I recently picked up my 330i from Otto's BMW with the help of Nour and Mulu and it was a great experience. Nour and Mulu were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and answered any and all questions I had. I cannot recommend Nour enough for anyone looking for a BMW!
