When I started working with Melissa I was looking for some help with pelvic floor awareness. I ended up starting with a super informative one-on-one session to review proper posture/movements/breathing while weight training. I found this so helpful as someone who has been working out on and off my whole life, learning how to properly brace has been game changing. I started with a 6 week program that was challenging, yet attainable. I’m excited to continue to follow the program and see what the next 6 weeks brings!

Melissa helped me get back into the fitness world postpartum. Her knowledge and experience was exactly what I needed in order to take a step back, and rebuild the foundation necessary to have safe and effective work outs. Her 6 week program was challenging, and was just what I needed to motivate me to continue to strength train.l beyond her program. Her in person consultations were super helpful for her assessments and when putting my program together. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to start their fitness journey, especially those who are in postpartum.

I had heard lots of positive things about Melissa from other moms in the area so I was excited to try out her studio. My postpartum consults were thorough. Melissa spent time teaching proper breathing technique and was able to make modifications and breakdown the movements in exercises in an extremely helpful and understandable way. It is very evident how much Melissa cares about women’s health and wellbeing. I’m really excited to join in on strollerfit classes this spring and try out other classes that she offers at the studio!
