What's the point in having a phone if you won't pick up! Pick up your phone so I can cancel my membership instead of getting charged 5x more than what the membership cost! I don't live in the city anymore and don't want to travel 3 and a half hours just to talk to your lazy staff!

The gym is a total write off, I almost feel bad for the staff, because they’re probably the ones dealing with the upset customers when it’s clearly management not doing a damn thing to fix it, look at the other reviews, they haven’t had a positive review since 3 years ago. Apparently they’ve had parts for the hydro massage beds on “back order” for 4 years now. The stair master is essentially permanently shut down, don’t even get me started on the bathrooms, the place is in absolute disarray. Crunch needs to temporarily shut down this location, contact TPG about receiving a loan, fix absolutely everything, then do a grand re-opening for this location.

Had 5 stars on here since 2016. But have to lower the rating. Lately the equipment is getting more and more destroyed and the hours are getting shorter. Already frustrated that they’re only open to 10 on weekdays and 5 on weekends (like come on) now they’re reducing it to 8pm on weekdays. Been away for a couple months with injuries and come back and the first 2 pieces of equipment I go to look like the following: (padding all torn and rubber grips completely gone from all handles)
