I have a rental MagicPack HVAC that was leaking due to clogged drainage pipes. Matthew P. was very thorough, removing the pipes and cleaning them until all of the debris and deposits in the pipes were gone. Mr. Hafiz came to service my furnace bc it was making a loud squealing sound. He was very polite, friendly and professional. He examined my furnace and was immediately honest in his diagnosis. I was warned about that technicians often encourage homeowners to buy a new furnace. I had done my research on youtube and was able to narrow down the likely issue.
