Was referred by another repair place, and dropped by with my old laptop-Harry was very helpful & knowledgeable. He’s been there 5 yrs and knows his stuff-won’t try to upsell & extract your hard earned $. I’ll be back when I have the next tech problem/issue.
I love this place, their customer service and efficiency is amazing! I came in January with an issue with my Apple watch and they done an amazing job! This time I went for a different reason regarding the apple watch and he did an amazing job. He told me it would be ready in 30 minutes and it was ready in exactly 30 minutes. The only place I trust for repairs. They are very understanding and give you the best prices and deals! Hundred percent recommend!
Excellent service, got my Surface Pro battery Charging issue solved in minutes! Went in with my surface pro having a battery charging problem, and i had just purchased a new power supply adapter and tried it but the problem still exists, the IT Engineer there at Erin Mills branch figured it out that it was a re-configuration issue , he straight went in the configuration settings and changed the settings for me for free, and the charging issue were solved, that was very kind of him , he was really helpful and friendly, Definitely recommend.
