? This was an excellent experience! I reached out to Wallace to take care of a recall as a new client. Noelle, the service advisor was great to work with. Working any sort of service appointment into my schedule can be a little bit stressful. I felt very assured and confident one Noelle greeted me at the service desk. I like how I was given the option for a ride home or to be picked up from my house. The text alerts and updates were very helpful with my busy schedule. I would certainly recommend Wallace!
