AC on this house we just acquired last year went down hard overnight. The furnace had a sticker decal from these guys so I called their emergency service line. Once arranged, the tech Mitchell called ahead to ensure I was home and arrived promptly at exactly the time he arranged. He diagnosed, repaired and had all my equipment running in very short order. He also walked me through the current lifecycle of the existing equipment (getting towards the older end). We discussed what the likely scenarios will be over the next few years given the range of new technologies on the market (heat pumps(pros/cons), JIT water heater). Have a 12 yr old Carrier setup and the Air Con was not cooling well during a brutal heat wave in June 2024
Called for service and Mitchell the Tech came out
as per appointment. Refrigerant was low.
Gave me options. Communicated very well.
Pro's and Con's of each option.
Chose to top up with a sealant, hopefully to get us two more years before replacement.
The work was well done.
Would use them again when time for a new unit.
