GO TO Best Buy Markham I was paying $50 for 10GB they gave me an amazing offer! I’m now only paying $29 for 20GB. They have so many great deals and plans in store. When you come look for Sebastian he gave exceptional service!

Customer service is good but it’s severely understaffed. I was waiting in the computer section for 10 min before I went to customer service to ask them to send someone. They were supposed to meet me but I was left standing there for another 10 min until I went to CS again. The lady sent me to Geek squad and then that guy called for someone to help me. And they came immediately. Don’t know why customer service couldn’t have called for a guy themselves. Oh and they were out of stock on the products I wanted lol

Matthew and sebastion are very professional & helpful. I was looking to get an iPhone 14 pro max, and they were both very patient and kind. Customer service at this best buy is amazingly good.
