The technicians were on time, polite and professional. Wore booties over their boots and put down mats to protect the hardwood floors. I had a great experience with Stephen. While getting a new furnace installed from Shiptons we decided to get the vents cleaned. Stephen was punctual and took his time explaining the process. He was also understanding when I wanted to be present in certain rooms. He worked hard while he was here - I’ve already recommended him to a couple friends!
