As a last ditch effort to "save" a designer black silk dress, I took it into K cleaners. I had stupidly washed the dress, which changed the feel and drape of the silk. There were also mysterious streaks on the dress. The dress was delivered in beautiful condition - streaks gone, and the silk feeling much softer and more like the original. The employee had not guaranteed the work, and was especially concerned about the streaks, which she thought could be a permanent change in colour. I may have been lucky, but I highly recommend this company.
Had to get my suit cleaned and altered for a wedding on a very short notice, it was done right on time, and the quality was impeccable. Great staff and customer service, will definitely come again!Services: Alterations
This is my go-to dry cleaners and place for alterations for even fine designer clothing. ( I was very surprised to see a review on alterations that was not positive because this has not been my experience at all.) She (I wish i knew her name) is simply amazing - great attention to detail and very professional. I trusted her with an expensive cashmere and silk max mara coat (before i had worn it) to change the style. She listened to my ideas and gave me great advic - and told me why my idea wouldn't look as good as an invisible belt inside the lining. So right!!
