Very welcoming and friendly for a stranger dropping in from out of town. The members themselves made me feel welcome, not just the staff. That really says something about the quality of the community

Awesome coaches and community at this gym! Love the mix of challenging workouts, fun/humour & support that is embedded throughout online and in person programs. Keeps me motivated to go after my fitness goals and I definitely recommend!!

I never thought I would be the kind of person who goes to a gym…then I found Kvell and everything changed. To say that it’s just a gym wouldn’t be doing it justice! It is so much more…it’s friends, family and my happy place! The coaches are truly amazing people and create an atmosphere where you are challenged positively beyond anything you ever thought you were capable of. They personalize your routine, understanding your strengths and weaknesses to ensure you are continually stretched in both keeping the routines interesting and fun as well as complexity.
