My husband and I had an incident with a driver for this company on the highway which was extremely dangerous and terrifying, especially considering our 9 month old son was travelling with us. Had my husband not been tactful in his driving, we surely would have had a fatal crash. Since the company number was posted on the vehicle, I immediately called to report what had happened. Albert responded immediately the following day, as they were closed when I had called. He was extremely courteous and professional and apologized for what had happened, assuring me that he would speak with the driver and get to the bottom of things.I just wanted to leave a review about this experience...read full review
