A pleasant service call experience today with Mike and Josh.The guys were polite, professional, and knowledgeable, and both represented the company well.  And boy were they ever fast. I called them to repair a leaking pipe on a Sunday morning. They told me if they come Sunday it’s $300 if they come Monday it’s $190.00. The hole in the ceiling was open for them to do the work. They cut out an 8 inch piece of pipe and replaced it. They charged me $550.00. Later on that evening their connections began to leak. I asked for money back and they refused. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

we have a leak in our master shower, I called Harb Plumbing and advised them we have a leak and it looks like it's coming from the master shower. we were charged $165 for 2 people to come and say yep faulty shower. They advised a tile specialist will come to take a look to provide more details and it would be covered under the $165 and I never heard back. I called twice and finally someone called back and said yea we explained the situation to the tile guy and he said the shower was installed incorrectly.....no estimate of what is to be involved, whether they can re-do the shower, nothing.
