Back in June 2024 my family and I purchased a washer and a dryer from Best Buy and was primarily because our interaction with Kevin was very good. I recently was in Best Buy store #650 with a real complicated issue regarding a tablet that I purchased in 2022. Customer Service Representative Lavender was able to provide me with a receipt from that time so that I could get my daughter’s tablet fixed at the Samsung dealer. He has no idea how much he made my daughter’s day and mine as well. Lavender deserves an award for his outstanding kindness, attentiveness, and ability helping customers with their concerns. Again much gratitude to you Lavender!

While I've been using a computer for over 30 years, it was always serviced and maintained by my employer. Now that I'm freelance, I need to have my own computer. The Geek Squad at Brantford Best Buy were very helpful. Specifically, Evan Z. was very patient and helpful with my questions and my needs. While my computer was in the "spin cycle" (loading.. loading..), we chatted briefly.
