This place has a very friendly staff who are always smiling and ready to assist. The therapists are very professional and would try different therapies to provide a range of treatment.
When I first started coming to this Brampton location, there was a front desk staff in sweatpants and a hoodie. She was quite unpleasant so I was glad she wasn't there in the new year. Now the people who work there are really professional, good at their job and helpful with bookings. Nirat is great and she works at the front desk. I have interacted with a few different physiotherapists and they have all been amazing. Starting in December with Mira and then Nirat and then Manny. They are all professional, knowledgeable and do everything they can to help alleviate my pain and discomfort. The professional team at Physiocare have done an excellent job to relieve my pain and discomfort resulting from chronic back, muscle, and joint conditions. I am very grateful to Manny, Dolly, Dr. Suny, and the efficient, compassionate therapy assistants for their care and attention to detail in my treatment and in responding to ongoing changes in my condition. I leave every visit knowing that the staff is working to improve my quality of life. The front desk personnel are especially welcoming and efficient, making for a very pleasant start and end to my visit. I would certainly recommend this clinic for excellent muscle and joint care.
