PetSmart is a great store with a wide variety of pet products, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. However, the prices are noticeably higher compared to other retail pet stores. While the shopping experience is positive, it would be even better if they offered more competitive pricing.

Highly recommend the training at this location. Yolanda is absolutely fantastic at what she does. She’s very knowledgeable and has taught us a lot. All of her tips have come in so handy with our puppy. Very grateful and happy with these training classes!

The grooming team is excellent. They are diligent and professional, and in my experience, truly care for their animal clients. Jordan went above and beyond to work with my senior, high maintenance dog, and treated both me and my dog so well, despite my dog's anxiety issues.
As far as the retail store, I always find it to be very clean, well stocked, and with many associates on the floor to answer any questions.
