We had them replace an old interlock walkway and patio with new flagstone. They also coordinated to have a new deck built off our back porch to tie into the new flagstone interlock. “I dealt with Jim D. I had received about 5 different quotes for a relatively minor landscaping job at my house. We were looking at cleaning up the front yard and boulevard, laying sod and moving around some stone and plantings. Imagepro’s quote came in at a reasonable cost for what we were having done. Jim and I arranged a time to meet at my home shortly after I had contacted him. We took about 10 minutes, walked around my property and discussed in broad strokes what I would like done. He gave me a written estimate the next day and we booked the work. Jim’s crew arrived when they said they would, finished when they said they would, charged exactly what I was quoted and did exactly what we wanted. “I could not be happier with the service I received from O'Brien's on my driveway install today. There were last minute snags in scheduling and they were able to accommodate my needs acting professionally and responsibly.During excavation some more snags turned up (my home is more than a century old) but Graham came on site personally and communicated the issues to me quickly. He went above and beyond to ensure the install would go well including a follow up call at the end of the day to recap the snags and fixes.My only regret is that today was a late day for me and I did not arrive home in daylight.
