I am experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and am writing to express my concern regarding the recent handling of my medication refill request by Jarvas, NP. Gabapentin has been instrumental in maintaining my stability and preventing weekly migraines for several years. However, Jarvas, NP, is insisting that I undergo yet another consultation with the pain management department, despite the fact that previous attempts with injections have proven ineffective, and I am hesitant to use addictive pain medications.

the Dr DEBORAH GALE she is rude and LOVES to talk down to you! They were all rude and have attitudes towards the patients. I will not be going back to Health & Wellness in Sallisaw, OK ever again. PS. Kamala 2024‼️

Wait times average 30mins to an hour to get through on the phone, daily. Dr Broadway is a good guy, but couldn't get my teens meds right, so we had to go to Tulsa for a med change.

Wait in office is always over an hour.
