Kayla rocks! She always asks questions to understand what I’m looking for at the beginning of the session and makes product recommendations based on my specific needs and hair type. I never feel rushed or anxious in her chair - I have total confidence in every cut! Whether you want to treat yourself to a little escape from the daily grind or you have a special occasion, Kayla will go above and beyond to meet your expectations. She was my obvious choice to do hair and makeup for my wedding.

Shear Balance Salon did the hair for my wedding and made us all feel so so beautiful! She was on time, flexible, and fun! Kayla really listens and cares about making you feel your best, most comfortable and confident on your big day. She did hair for all of my bridesmaids, my mom, my flower girl, and myself (the bride) and was super efficient yet also certain to allow plenty of time to ensure a relaxed atmosphere. After Kayla worked all day yesterday doing hair, makeup and spray tans for a wedding, she still made time to meet me at the hospital where my mom has been for 3 & 1/2 months! The hospital had neglected my moms hair and it was all in one huge thick knot/dread! It needed to be cut and Kayla did an amazing job, saving as much of her hair as she could and cutting it in to a cute style. I know it probably wasn't easy since my mom is mostly bed bound and wasnt able to sit up or assist much! Thank you again, Kayla! I hope my mom wasn't too ornery for you!!�
