After they completed work, I requested an invoice to pay and never received one. Then, they sent me the invoice months later with a late fee. When I told them I never received the invoice so the late fee should be void, the owner gaslit me, saying it was my fault for not following up more for them to send me an invoice.
EDIT: They removed the late fee after a couple days of fighting and having an attorney contact them. The original response was that it was my fault for not following up more.

Custom Lawn and Landscape performs their work poorly and you will be better off staying away from them.They burned streaks through my yard with weed killer such that you can see exactly where the wand of the sprayer went. This means they both used the wrong weed killer and then applied it lazily. When I called the owner about the problem, they apologized for burning the lawn and said they would have to fertilize the lawn for the Bermuda grass to fill back in. They then invoiced me for the weed killer and the fertilizer.The mowers were inconsistent and sloppy. They would "forget" to mow parts of my lawn. They destroyed watering hoses. They didn't value me enough as a customer to show up on time, or at all for that matter. Tried to call to find out what happened, never received a response.
