Never can get a prescription refill called in on time. New meds they prescribe has no refills so that you have to come in and pay the co-pay just to get your meds. Life savings meds are not called in a timely manner. Now I have to wait till next wext because they are closed on Friday just to get her to call my insulin into the pharmacy. I'm really getting tired of this office. But one thing they do do without fail is get that co-pay.

Dr Chopra is simply amazing. He wants to treat the person, not the symptoms. He is a STRONG supporter of getting healthy and getting off of medication. His support has changed my life and health for years to come. They are perfect with dealing with insurance and it is never a problem to work appointments into my schedule. Best part, they are never late in taking you at your appointment time!
