So, I came here to get a checkup on a medical issue.The front desk guy was very polite and helpful.The place was very clean and nice. I got in and an assistant, named Paulette came in to check on me.She was really nice and kind.. She had a very caring personality about her which I found so soothing..The NP, Jeff Melton, came in and talked to me about my issue.He was amazing! So professional and intelligent.He recommended an ultrasound, which I needed. When the results came in, he called me to tell the good News. I am so grateful and thankful for the entire staff at Charter clinic!
This clinic is very clean, smells amazing, the staff is so friendly and polite. The office manager is so nice! The NP’s are attentive, empathetic, and so polite. They meet medical needs and make you feel apart of a family.
10/10 RECOMMEND !!
I went to this clinic because I frequently get strep. This is the first clinic I've been to where the Nurse Practicioner (Mrs Hernandez) listened to me and was able to correctly diagnose my illness on the first try. My pcp has even doubted it was strep before because of faulty tests; ended up waiting till I couldn't breathe to prescribe antibiotics. The people at the front desk ladies Maria and Melissa were welcoming and helped me with some of my paperwork issues. I also spoke to Ruben over the phone before my visit, and he was able to help me with my insurance since I was having some troubles.
