The picture in nude pink is what I showed him and asked for. The picture in brown cat eye is what I got. Despite asking multiple times "can you please make them skinnier" and showing him the photo multiple times. He kept insisting they are skinny enough and it is the same as the picture I showed him. I'll let you be the judge. His nail shaping technique is very basic and has no contour. They look like cockroaches on my fingers, but the color did turn out pretty, however Mike did not listen or want to take the time to understand what I was asking for despite bringing it up multiple times. I was basically dismissed and told I am getting what I showed in the picture. Very disappointed. If you want something simple like a dip, I'm sure he would do fine but if you want them to have that professional quality, this is not the place for you.

I love Oscars they are awesome they all do a really good job when your nails all the employees are very polite and very good at what they do I generally ask for Kelly but I have gotten some of the other employees and they also did an amazing job I went to other nail salons and didn't really care for her how my nails were done so I prefer to use Oscars they always do an amazing job and I love their work and they do my nails exactly how I tell them to do

This was a pretty smooth and clean experience.I did a gel manicure and the appointment went well. The technician was very friendly and meticulous with my nails and made sure to ask me if I approved of cuticle cleaning, nail color, etc. along the way which I appreciate since some people just rush through a service and end up doing your nails mediocre.The salon is also clean, temperature check upon entry and social distancing guidelines practiced.
