Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Midwest City

Pretty good dr. listened to my daughter's conerns and helped her out. The receptionist on the other hand was critizing patients (how one was overweight and another asked too many questions and revealing another patients intimate details) and very unprofessional. I was in the waiting room and could hear her talking about patients, very rude. I am thinking about changing dr. if i am going to be discussed/dissected in front of everyone. If it bothers her to answer questions as a receptionist in a medical clinic then she should get a job making food in the back of a restaurant and isn't it illegal to discuss patients medical history??

Nurse Practioner Haley conducted a thorough regimen of tests and listened to my concerns and needs. This was my first appointment with the Clinic and first appointment since the COVID Event. The front staff were kind and helpful with questions about my paperwork. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a care team and have already recommended them to my adult children.
