My regular gym had to temporarily close after it sustained damage from the tornado that hit our town. I came in to Colaws to see about a membership. Sara was incredibly helpful and courteous. I found out my gym was going to open in a couple of days so I ended up not getting a membership after all. I'm writing this review to let you know what an amazing job Sara is doing!!!

Johnathan was great with my intro to CF-30. I wanted to lose weight for my son's wedding at Thanksgiving. I followed it pretty strictly, and it sure wasn't easy, but it was worth it! I dropped a dress size, 23 lbs and 17 inches overall in about 6 to 7 weeks and I'm 66 years old. Fat-burning program on the treadmill helped a lot too! Thanks Colaw Fitness!
