I cannot say enough about this amazing practice. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have had chronic pain in my back and pelvis since I left the military in 2003 and since then have had 3 babies which does a number on a woman's body. I have been to so many doctors over the years with little relief. I do not want to take medications to cover a problem. This practice has helped me get so much relief with stretches, strentgh training and newer methods like dry needling to alleviate so much pain. I urge you to try them for yourselves and give them a chance. They have given me back more of my body and taken away pain I had for years.
