Just finished roof replacement project with 3rd Estimate. I was very happy with the results and would recommend them highly. This was a storm damage replacement and the team worked hard to coordinate with the insurance company. Teasa Morgan dealt with insurance and was able to overcome the pushback coming from them and negotiate the best possible results, and I had minimal involvement. Kirsten was the project coordinator and did a great job in keeping me informed of what was happening, as we were dodging thunderstorms which impacted the scheduling. They were great and kept me informed throughout the process. I've worked with 2 other companies who were absolutely horrible. But thumbs-up to Third Estimate and especially Chris the field manager/supervisor, who treated me with dignity and respect. He made feel like I was family. Will definitely use 3rd Estimate in the future.
