Kenny was very personable and thorough in determining why one of the vents in the house was not working. I can always depend on fast and courteous service from Maumee Valley Heating & Cooling.
Maumee Valley is amazing. We woke up to no heat in this single digit cold weather. They returned our call within minutes and were out to save the day right away. Kyle was polite professional. We had a different problem 2 years ago and they were wonderful then also.
I had to give them 5 stars because they scheduled me almost immediately to replace my AC and furnace. It was high 80s all week. Spiro the consultant was very professional and patient with all my questions and even went out of his way to teach me everything I needed to know before I invested in their products.
