Our condo association worked directly with Tyler Holt for roofing that we had done last year. He came out and gave us an estimate of cost along with an idea of timing for the installation. He was right on with his estimate. What I liked about working with Tyler was he gives you the details so you know what to expect, it so nice to work with such a honest and helpful person. We also had a courtyard that needed new eaves and downspouts. He gave us the estimate and the timing that would be involved in ordering and installing. Once again everything went well with the job. Our engineering office has used this company several times for leaks in different areas of our older rubber roof. They respond quickly. Then they wait to invoice so you have time to see if the repair worked and offer to come back out if it did not. I have never needed them to come back out as the repairs have always worked the first time around. They also send a very detailed invoice with photos showing before and after of the areas that were repaired. I will continue to use them for our roofing needs and they will be the first ones we call when we need the roof replaced.
