We previously used gch&ac for furnace servicing in the fall, where we learned our furnace was inappropriately sized for our house. After a couple years of issues, we finally replaced it using the company. Technicians were prompt in the am and were communicative throughout the installation process. We haven't had any issues since the install and the peace of mind moving forward is a big relief. We will definitely be using them moving forward with our HVAC needs.

I had to have my furnace replaced recently, and it was done in a quick, efficient manner with all my questions answered. I was so thankful that they were able to have it done within a couple of days after my phone call! I can’t believe how efficient my furnace is in comparison to my old one. I highly recommend this company. Great customer service!

Received a quote for new HVAC system for one of our 3 buildings @ Battery Wholesale on Alexis Rd. quickly from Glass City. Removal of old and install of new system was shortly after we accepted their very competitive price quote. Old was removed and new was installed in one day. Very satisfied with the product and Glass City’s install technicians. Highly recommend them.
