This place went above and beyond. I had the name of the flooring currently in my family room. Wanted to use it in the dining room as well. I know it was discontinued but they had the same brand. Anne looked up the two samples I wanted to test and found out they were both recently discontinued. She went to the owner explained the situation and he called the manufacturing rep. He was able to get me the flooring! If it wasn't for the extra effort of Anne and the store owner, I might have found myself out of options.

Love my tile floor. Southwest is one of the only places doing tile and what a fantastic job. George and Anne were great on the front end getting exactly what I needed. The installers were really dedicated to making it look great. Going back for carpet soon!

George the store manager is the best ! He was able to get our carpet installed with short notice at a fair price, something HD and Lowes could not provide.The installation work was excellent! Highly recommend Southwest Floors !
