The subzero company did a super job on replacing and installing our equipment both heat pump and a/c. They did a very through job of explaining exactly what they were going to do and the amount of time they felt it would take to do so. They did an excellent job covering and protecting the work area. They were able to complete everything they stated they were going to do in a very timely manner. I am completely satisfied with their workmanship and installation. I highly recommend this company and the workers particularly Jack.

Trish was incredibly helpful from the very first conversation I had with her. She walked me through every step and helped me even figure out my warranty on our furnace! Steve, was also very professional, helpful, and worked efficiently. He was on time and provided plenty of notice for when he would arrive at our house. I cannot say enough positive things about their customer service!
Our heat went out and it was 59 degrees in our house. Steve came out within the hour and helped us take care of the issue when all of the other companies we called said it would be at least 24 hours. I highly recommend SubZero if you have any heating and air issues.
