“Very prompt reception, excellent nurse and physicians assistant, remedied my issue very quickly and professionally. Thank you!“
“The doctor I saw was kind, compassionate, and thorough. He ordered the necessary tests and assured me he'd be available to help me get what I need if they come back positive. The nurses were courteous and kind. The facility was spotless and safe.“
“I had an ear infection before coming to visit my parents and felt like it hasn't gotten any better, so I decided to go to the minute clinic to have it looked at. They've really improved since the last time I went to one. Usually, there's a two hour wait which is a pain. Now, you can hold your place in line online and show up when it's close to your turn. It said to be there by 2:30 and I probably had to wait 15 minutes once I got there, but that's still way better than before. Unfortunately, they couldn't really help me and said I would have to go to a doctor, but at least I didn't waste much time.“
“This is where you should go for all of your urgent care needs! The staff was incredibly accommodating and helped me when I needed it. Thank you and God Bless this staff!“
“Now on 4th floor very good service friendly staff doctor that listens ty Dr Robison hubby's feeling much better I highly recommend them if I am in need this where I'll go before er for sure“
“Staff was competent and cordial.
Wait time was minimal without an appointment.“
“This is the best Urgent Care. They have helped me many times and no horribly long wait times.“
“Although the virtual check in was different I feel that it helped with the overall wait time. I was seen in great timing, the nurse was great and had the most positive attitude, waiting room was also very clean and updated. Highly recommend this urgent care“
“Best experience I've ever had at Urgent Care, and left feeling better when I came in. Injured my arm doing homework, turns out I had a fractured it. The nurse was very kind and knowledgeable, and even validated some of our crummy health care experiences at larger more well know hospitals. The doc was also clear and specific on how to treat the break in the coming weeks. She took me behind the reception counter to show me the x-ray and break. I was there for almost 2 hours, a little longer than I expected but everyone was nice and chill and fortunately I wasn't in bad pain. My copay was $40, and no other hassle.“
