University Hospitals Urgent Care Chagrin Highlands

Best experience I've ever had at Urgent Care, and left feeling better when I came in. Injured my arm doing homework, turns out I had a fractured it. The nurse was very kind and knowledgeable, and even validated some of our crummy health care experiences at larger more well know hospitals. The doc was also clear and specific on how to treat the break in the coming weeks. She took me behind the reception counter to show me the x-ray and break. I was there for almost 2 hours, a little longer than I expected but everyone was nice and chill and fortunately I wasn't in bad pain. My copay was $40, and no other hassle.

I went to the UHHS Urgent Care Center in Orange Village on 05-30-2024. This facility is intended for initial diagnosis and treatment of conditions that are not life - threatening, and which do not otherwise require immediate treatment in a trauma center setting.Registration was efficient and straightforward. There were about 10 other people in the waiting area, most of whom were there for medical attention to painful injuries. After waiting for my turn, I was seen by a physician who asked pertinent questions concerning symptoms and relevant medical history. After visiting the ER and being prescribed the wrong medication I visited Dr Cruz at urgent care and she was so helpful in getting me the right prescriptions and explaining everything.
