Jeff Simmons is a scoundrel who knows the law and plays the law against you for his own gain. He installed a foundation for a non-existent building a full year before the plans were available. Had he behaved as an honest professional with honor up front, I would have understood we needed to wait for the plans to properly design and lay the foundation. He is a cheat who knew what he was doing and knows risks of involving an attorney will likely add to the cost of your project, allowing him to play you and rob you of your money and dreams. Don't be fooled by him, he does not give a damn about you or your project and will shatter your hopes as he has mine.

On October 30, 2017 signed a contract with Jeff Simmons of Ohio Steel Construction. Soon after the foundation was poured. No further construction has been completed since that time. I received several communications promising to continue followed by excuses why it hasn't. Now I believe the foundation is all wrong. I am devastated by this outcome and have no place to put my wood shop equipment and materials, some of which was exposed by the weather and two winters in the tent I had to erect and continuously repair. I have no place to enjoy my hobby.
