DO NOT GO HERE. Front staff does not know what they are doing and they are never attentive when I come in. Was refused service today that I booked because front staff didn’t schedule enough time. This is a horrible experience. The owners really need to pay their employees more so they are not working 2 jobs and they need to commit to the appointments scheduled with the services requested. Why would I go to an appointment for highlights, low lights and color with cut for long hair and be expected to settle for less than I expect. I went to the beauté bar in New washington on the 27th to have a all over bleach I wanted my hair platinum blonde (I was already mainly blonde besides my roots) I spoke with bree on fb messenger I told her what I wanted and I absolutely did not want yellow/orange hair she assured me that it may take multiple bleaching to get my roots that light but said I would not leave the salon with yellow hair well that was à lie my hair is yellow and now I have SPOTS of brown like I'm patch the dog ???? well she schedule me for Monday to due à malibu lighten treatment ( which I told her I needed she didn't even know????‍♀️)And she told me she could bleach it since it was on the shaft of my hair . Well Sunday comes and she said she needed to reschedule me and informé me she will not fix my hair or refund me . Ladies stay far away from this salon and the one in Bucyrus as bree infromed me her manager told her not to fix or refund me .Well I'm taking her to court I have never in my life been treated like that from à professionnel salon this is basically à backyard beauty shop they all have 9-5 and do BAD HAIR ON THE SIDE .STAY AWAY OR WIND UP LIKE MEService: Hairstyling
