When I discovered a leak in the roof, they came out immediately to evaluate. Their schedule was full, but the next day they sent someone out to do a temporary patch, to keep the leak from doing more damage. Then as soon as they could, they sent a crew out to do a complete new roof. It looks great, and I've had no problems since. Excellent service; they went out of their way to help and get my problem taken care of.
They did a professional survey of a flat commercial roof for me and provided excellent recomendations for needed repairs. Phase 1 is complete, and although not perfectly done, they did take care of the issue at no charge
