“This place rules. I have tried out a few med spas in cincy, Out of all the staffs i've done business with this staff is definitely the most attentive and tend to you professionally. They set You up with your services and then they go chatter and be leisure amongst themselves. But they never prioritize that socializing above the service, in my past experiences I have been tended to after leisure conversations. Always extremely clean. There's a huge variety of different services to try. I just visited them for the third time and I'm committing to going there weekly honestly.“

“What a difference my first visit made. They answered questions that my Endocrinologist couldn’t answer. I feel better now knowing that it’s not just in my head. I feel better knowing that some one validated my symptoms and is putting together a comprehensive approach to a better quality of life.“

“i would say i learned a lot about preventing hair loss here and ways to improve and strengthen my hair which will go a long way for myself. however, like another review said, the treatment plans are very expensive. (was paying $266-$291 a month) the hair treatment i got was the laser hair cap (which you can get something like that for much cheaper on amazon) minoxidil (again, you can get this from amazon) and hair products that i did like at first, (their shampoo/conditioner and the build up removal spray i loved) then they changed the formulas and it did not mix well with my hair.

also the monthly treatments were not too different from the stuff i did at home. they just gave me an enzyme cream and a hair cut, which was the only difference. but i’ve since been doing my own routine at home which has improved my hair. i don’t love the scalp massager they give you. it caused more hair loss for me. my cause of hair loss was actually the water supply in my area. nothing genetic or medical. so i have moved and have since seen much better results with my hair.

i probably won’t return. i don’t need to and a lot of it is stuff you can do at home honestly.

other than that, the staff was really nice and welcoming!! i enjoyed going there and they worked with me a lot of their tight schedules.

P.S i am knocking off a star because the last few appointments i didn’t wanna go to because my hairstylist (while i absolutely loved her) was against some of the haircuts i wanted which did kinda annoyed me. she did not wanna give me shorter hair even though that’s what i personally wanted and preferred. so i ended up cutting my own hair shorter.“

The IV options are amazing and cover almost every aliment you need assistance with. The atmosphere is grade A+ spa like; extremely relaxing yet elegant.! The chairs are amazing; It's the best nap and massage of your life. And you get to tell the chair what you want without offending it! The staff is super nice and helpful. I recommend you give it a try, just once, to see what the fuss is about!I decided to get an immunity IV before my Trip to France and another one upon my return! The chances of getting sick is high when flying so I feel extra protected! They got a drip for that! Ha! Thanks Prime IV!“
