“Jeff came out to check my roof and give me an estimate since I had a small leak inside my house. When he came, there was snow on the roof so he couldn't get up there but told me to call him when it melted and he would come back to put up a tarp to hold me until I could get it replaced even if I didn't go with them. This was before I ever got an estimate!! While texting with him a couple days later, he asked me if the snow was gone and actually came back out to put the tarp up. Who does that anymore? Honesty and doing the right thing just to help someone out is not lost on these guys.
