As far as the doctor and the procedure I had through their office the experience was great. The ability to reach them and get any follow up after has been absolutely terrible. You can’t reach anyone at all regardless of any phone option at any time of day and it takes weeks to get a response. I had my procedure the first week of October and have yet to have an explanation of results or medication called in. They will not leave detailed information on vm and will not use email.

I went to schedule an appointment with my previous doctor and was told by the rude receptionist that she wouldn't schedule me without a referral from my PCP even though the doctor herself referred me. It's pretty absurd when you can't see a doctor that you've been seeing for half a decade because of a receptionist on a power-trip.

Dr. Jennifer Heck is Amazing ! She sits with you and explains and goes over everything with you . She doesn't leave you until you are comfortable with what the knowledge she gave you. I do wish she was my family doctor as well . That's my only compliant LOL jk the office is very clean , full of nice staff and wonderful doctors !? Jhonda Phillips
