Quality folks from start to finish. I am a locksmith by trade, and I called them for some hardware for one of my customers that has a Pella door. They were helpful on the phone and when I arrived to pick up the part. I highly recommend them to anyone.
Update from 5 years ago when I wrote the above paragraph:
They are still as quality minded today as they were then. I have been back many many times and their customer service has only gotten better. It is really nice to know that some businesses still care about their customer after the initial sale. Many thanks to Rusty and the staff at Pella.

Chris was our sales person and he was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! We recently had a repair that neededattention and Justin went above and beyond to fix the issue. We have had a great experience with Pella and would highly recommend them!
I love my doors, the installation part could have been easier. I could have been more patient also, but I spent as much on my doors as I did my car. I do love my doors now. The service people who come out after install are super chill also. Thank you Pella it took almost a year but here we are. Sorry for being a Karen, but it did kick you into high gear to fix my house.Services: General door installation
