“One of the good Hidden optical places only the locals know about, off the beaten track. This time I had an office visit with Dr. Chris Decastecker, O.D.. He has a great Chairside manner, and is friendly and knowledgeable. It may be my geeky side coming out, but the visit to his high tech office was actually fun! No extensive pages of new patient paperwork! He just interviews you asking pertinent questions as you go through your exam. After a short visit with the Doctor, I had my wife help me pick out frames. I had a brief consultation with one of their fun and personable opticians, about what type of lenses I wanted, Anti-reflective treatments to help see in the dark and under ? rainy conditions, and whether I wanted transitions built into my lenses. The optician went back to the office and said it would all be covered by my insurance. She said my new spectacles would arrive in about two to three weeks. From office call to out the door in about 30 minutes! We have literally dealt with this office for years! They have previously delivered and adjusted Good looking frames, on time, and on budget!
