Our furnace shut off last night and it was freezing cold. We called early in the am and Rich was here just a few hours later and saved the day. Awesome customer service and response time when we were in desperation. Thank you!

Lorich is top notch. I've had Rich work on an old heat pump a few times. He kept that thing alive much longer than I expected. When it came time to replace it, I knew I had to have Lorich do it. He had the new system up and running in a day. He's always responsive, knows what he is doing, and very reasonable on prices. He seems like he does what ever he can to take care of people when they are in a bind. Highly reccomend!
