Update: When wonderful Dr Turner left the practice several years ago, I found another PCP. I was not happy seeing Dr Lange.

I love my doctor but the procedures of keystone are terrible. I shouldn't have to wait 20 mins for someone at the front desk to answer. And if they say you can make an appointment online they should let you do it. The new automated system doesn't let you talk to anyone and they now have an office Thats not handicap accessible. How is that a doctor's office. If I was not pleased with my doctors care I would have left months ago.
