Mesha Ingram, my stylist, was great! She was always checking with me to make sure I liked what she was doing with my hair. She also told me that if I didn't like it when I got home, just call her, and she would fix it. Now that is a great stylist, making sure your client is satisfied ?

The first 2 times I came here I saw a different person. I asked for a cut and spring color bayalage (setting up for summer). I left the salon with my natural black/dark brown hair all bleached from mid-bottom. I'm not a master colorist but I'm sure that this isn't what a bayalage looked like. 4 months later, I give the same person another try saying I wanted to keep the Bayalage but go lighter for spring, knowing that very dark hair needs a traditional period to get to a honey blonde color. Again I leave the salon with ALL of my hair bleached... there's no other color for depth or anything. At a loss I just let my hair grow out for probably a year before I found Elissa...read full review
