Wife and I booked a 60 minute deep tissue massage and Rhassoul for each.
Both of our experiences with the Steam Bath and Rhassoul session were exceptional! Definitely worth a visit whenever we visit Columbus. Incredibly relaxing, from the body scrubbing to the water being poured over you.
My massage experience was also exceptional. One of, if not the best massage I’ve had completed.
We booked a couple's hammam and back facial. The space. Is small, intimate, and looks just as it does in the pictures online. It's clean, no smell of mildew, but I think a spa scent or incense-like fragrance would be nice. The workers were professional, but uniforms would really make the experience even more special. The basic hammam service was like nothing I have ever experienced. My body was so relaxed afterward. Unfortunately, my skin was incredibly dry afterward. I wish they spoked moisturizer after the scrub. We were given bottles of water and robes to use. We would have paid extra for tea if that was an option. The back facial was underwhelming. I received the basic Hammam and a 60-minute Deep Tissue massage.
I had called and spoken with the receptionist, who booked me for the Rhassoul and a 60-minute Deep Tissue massage.
After receiving the first portion of the spa, I thought about how it didn’t quite match up to the description of the Rhassoul. When I moved over to the massage room and was informed I was receiving a 45-minute Swedish and not what I had booked, I discovered that the receptionist had incorrectly written me down for the Sultan package—which includes 2 basic treatments.
